PHASE 2: Open to the public in October 2012
Welcome to the safaris of the Al Ain Wildlife Park & Resort, a unique opportunity
to travel through desert landscapes and view the wildlife of these arid wildernesses.
You will be travelling at a low speed allowing good views of the birds and animals;
your safari will be an authentic experience, part of a day of learning and excitement.
Each safari last about 45 minutes and gives you plenty of time to view herds of
large gathering animals in majestic, natural settings, framed by distant vistas
of mountains and hills. There will be time for viewing and photos as the guide explains
the ecology of the desert lands, the lives of the animals you are seeing and the
work of the Al Ain Wildlife Park & Resort in conserving this natural heritage.
If you wish a more intimate and authentic encounter, we invite you to stay at one
of our camps which will be sited in the Arabian and Asian Wildlife Safaris. Enjoy
camp fires, private photographic day and night time safaris with cook outs, star
gazing, storytelling and much more…
