Mr. Mohamed Abdulla Al Hammadi is the Chief Corporate Services Officer of Al Ain Wildlife Park & Resort. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing the management of Corporate Services Division which includes human resources, information technology, administrative services, and contracts and procurement. Through his guidance and leadership role, Mr. Al Hammadi ensures corporate services are aligned with AWPR vision and that they are delivered effectively and to the highest quality levels.
An experienced professional in corporate services, Mr. Al Hammadi directed and managed the internal support services infrastructure and systems of Burooj Properties including its human resources, IT, administration, Procurement, Legal, and other support functions. He reported to the Managing Director of the company.
Prior to his appointment with Burooj Properties, Mr. Al Hammadi was the Human Resources Director at FERTIL, one of ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) group of companies. He played an instrumental role in establishing, implementing and overseeing the company’s various HR functions including Recruitment, Compensation, Performance Management, and Training & Development, while handling the Emiratization Program. He was also FERTIL’s Training and Career Development Manager from 2003 to 2005.
A UAE national, Mr. Al Hammadi earned an Executive Master’s in Business Administration (EMBA) from Zayed University after obtaining his Bachelors degree in Applied Science, Business Administration from Higher Colleges of Technology, Abu Dhabi Men’s College and graduated with honour and distinction.
He holds a Certification in HR Practices from Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development in UK (CIPD) and a Certification in Human Resource Management from The University of Wollongong in Dubai. Mr. Al Hammadi is married and has four children.
