The Al Ain Wildlife Park & Resort (AWPR) is committed to treat all applicants in a fair and respectful way. If you are an interested candidate, our process requires you to submit your CV by using our CV builder only. This will make evaluations and internal decisions more efficient and objective.
Online Application
Interested candidates are requested to apply online for suitable vacancies listed on this website. Only fully completed applications will be considered for shortlisting.
Shortlist
Upon receiving your CV, our Human Capital team will thoroughly study and evaluate your application, considering your specific qualification, professional experience, employment history and other relevant details. Please note that if you do not meet the vacancy’s minimum requirements, you cannot be considered for shortlisting.
Interview
After being shortlisted, candidates will be asked to attend a personal interview. This can be either conducted over the phone, personally or at an assessment centre. Once the candidate has positively passed the interview process, they then need to pass through an administrative clearance process.
Administrative clearance
UAE law requires security and medical clearance for all applications. An offer of employment is only finalised after the applicant has successfully passed all these clearances.
Offer of Employment
The AWPR will issue an offer letter to candidates who have successfully passed the recruitment and clearance process. The candidate needs to sign and return this letter to the Human Capital department, within the stated timeframe, by mail or courier.
